Something I don’t think people give enough credit to is how, on @zora, you can’t comment on a post unless you actually own it. That means no bots, no spam, and no cheap FUD. If someone wants to hate, they’ll have to pay for it. In a future where all content lives onchain and even comments or reactions are composable actions, this becomes a powerful filter - not just for creators, but for the internet as a whole.

Oh interesting. I didn't know this. I thought Farcaster started with this using the Warps, but that hasn't seemed to be a driving force after a short while.

I'm going to be totally honest. Up until this point, I thought that this product idea was bad. We have seen how tokenization of random things has led to rampant black marks on the industry reputationally. However, this use case to combat bots actually makes a lot of sense. As virality increases, the price seemingly would increase with it and make bots piggybacking much more expensive to whomever is deploying them.
