What happened to A Hard Working Man NFT, promoted as Billy Ray Cyris and Snoop Dogg's project? The latest X update: March, 7th. There's word of their Discord being hacked but no sub. Post launch Twitter Spaces and live events nonexistent. It's not even clear if Giveaways have been completed. No promises have been fulfilled. Scam.

On March, 1 2024, Change Healthcare paid a 350BTC ($22 million dollars) ransom to the BlackCat/ALPHV group who held ~6 terabytes of sensitive patient data The group accessed the information by leveraging compromised credentials on Citrix (remote access software) which did not have MFA set up After the ransom payment, ALPHV allegedly exit scammed and took the money On April 15, RansomHub, another RaaS, started leaking Change Healthcare files and tried to extort the company again There are several lawsuits from the breach of sensitive data, but I doubt they will go far

Eli Regalado, the pastor who allegedly created a worthless crypto token and used the $1.3 million to buy luxury goods, dropped new videos since being sued by the Colorado SEC. He discusses how the coin is a 'utility' coin and not a security. He mentions that they donated a 'significant amount' to a church and made donations to other ministries but doesn't mention the previous video where Eli states they spent that million; "I had to give $500,000 to the IRS for some tax debts, then the Lord said to start remodeling our house." The Colorado SEC sued Regalado and his associates on Jan 16 after allegedly selling $3.4 million in the coin and later shutting down the exchange they created, which was the only place buyers could sell it. https://x.com/cryptaveli/status/1749167894800310647
