farcaster-cli progress notes

* bun's fetch implementation fails on tls 1.3
* expect this to basically also just run in deno as is because only dependencies are ethers-v5 and typechain
* exploring if possible to support dual boot deno / bun

* "does ethereum have a specialized event log db yet" i ask an event db for this first filtering interface
* almost working contract log TS interfaces on farcaster fid and fname registries, using infura provider https://i.imgur.com/gdaDWUb.png

jared fixed the tls 1.3 issue, lib will no longer require the proxy, that's nice...

deep down the rabbit hole 🐇🕳

* deno / bun dual booting is too challenging
* deno won't work (easily) with typechain at all though ethers seems to work
* if we can't use fetch with tls 1.3, it's actually easier for now to just run a proxy on api.farcaster.xyz for now
