Blast north korean hacker thing is crazy lol. what would you do if you were in Pacman's position?

I would argue that the rollback should be done but not necessarily in order to make the users whole (they invested in a speculative ecosystem and opened themselves up to contract risk as we all do), but to prevent 60m from getting into the hands of North Korea.
