To replace the Dollar, Pi must launch with at least $100. 90% of wallets contain less than 500 Pis. Assume Pi starts at $1/pi, which means that 90% of wallets will immediately spend it to buy goods and get rid of the wallets in a span of time. Those empty wallets are not going to be re-filled!
