Phasmophobia. Playing solo, I load up the school map for the first time. I stop and appreciate how big and unnerving the map is. I check my equipment. I look around some more. I realize that I'm putting off going any further. The phone down the hall rings. After changing my pants, I start to hunt down where the ringing came from. All the way down the hall, huh? But the front door is all the way over here, and... oh, fine. I track down the room, pull out the EMF meter, which immediately jumps to 5. I throw down my book, ask the ghost to write in it (well, what came out was "Okaydothethinghurryup"), then sort of moonwalk my way back down the hall while chanting variations of "Nope". One Alt+F4 later, and I'm here writing this review. Nothing even happened, I simply psyched myself out. Now that's a horror game.

Cat Got Your Tongue - Simple and nice concept with good old-school graphic style that builds a dark atmosphere. The cat creature can be somewhat scary but also annoying because when he finds you, you start from the beginning, but it poses a certain kind of challenge.

Game was so fun to play with friends and had a absolute blast playing it to,But seems like with the most recent content update they have taken a Destiny Approach to what content is in the game each week,Used to be able to choose any of the Main Trials as well as the MK Challenges and this added a ton of replay ability to, but now there is only 9 trials each week to choose from which makes the game quite boring and honestly just don't want to play it now,I'm hoping they go back to the old system of letting us play any mission at any time, This will kill the game :(

Dredge is fantastic in all aspects, from its murky horror-mystery story, the deeply addicting gameplay, its sublime visual language and atmosphere, and the immersive and sound effects. Though all elements come together harmoniously to provide a great playthrough, it runs into a slight problem of repetition, acknowledging its strong suits and never straying from it the entire game. Nevertheless, Dredge shines as an amazing game that sticks to its identity flawlessly and triumphs as a paranoia-filled fishing game.

I honestly really enjoyed my experience playing this game. The game is fairly short, but I believe you're getting exactly what you pay for. The puzzles were unique and interesting and I honestly quite enjoyed figuring them out. There were a couple of puzzles (SPOILER ALERT: Like the one with the stones in the library and the butterfly entrance) that I figured out without any real thought and completed on my first try, much to the amaze of my friends who had already played the game and who were watching me. The aura of the game is eerie and the art style is wonderfully weird. I am eager for Creepy Tale 2 to come out!
