I just lost 800cred two days back for no reason not sure why?

See the latest earnings it’s on point, but cred became zero. Can’t find help on discord.

From what I can see
Your cycle restarted 

A Cred cycle lasts 30days after which it goes back to 0 again. 
So you have to level up within the 30days or you start all over again after the end of the 30days cycle.
