Running

first time i actually run in a city like this. haven’t traveled yet after starting to do it. it was fun to get different snapshots of the city. its people. the city workers that bring it to life. it is clean. and feels very alive. lots of parks. and places where to go with kids

the different places and things that people do in them. i felt that what surrounded me was very similar all the time. for 12kms of a big city that felt surprising. it was hard to keep up with the pace, but an important element of that was that i have been 2 days traveling and not eating properly and sleeping less than usual. i planned to buy a banana on my way to the run but couldn’t find  where to get one so i just went for it fasted

once you get over the “ohhh I haven’t eaten today i will die” (so imposed at least on my mind because of what society thinks you should do when working out) it actually is forgotten and you feel good. at least that was my experience experience today. solid session

Great job pushing through the run despite not eating properly, You're getting tougher. Love your attitude towards running fasted. Sometimes it's good to break free from societal norms.
