Moxie power is coming and with it big changes to Farscores.

Key changes:

- Unlocked fan tokens are capped at 5x your organic far score. (Example: My organic farscore is around 10, so unlocked fan tokens will cap out at around 50 farscore. 

- Locked fan tokens give a 1.2x boost to your farscore. Locks start for 3 months. 

- Locking fan tokens will allow you to nominate members for Moxie expert council who will decide the Retro Grant funding.

yes i have a token lock strategy and im prepared to execute on it…and i think this is a great option put forward by @betashop.eth and @moxie.eth.
