Hey everyone, just wanted to share a little tip I’ve been using with my kids that’s made a big difference. We’ve started a “feelings check-in” every evening before bed. It’s simple: we each take turns sharing one good thing and one tough thing from our day. It’s been awesome for helping them express emotions and for us to connect on a deeper level. I’ve noticed they’re more open about their feelings and it’s a great way for me to understand what’s going on in their little worlds.
