Kinda want to explore some way to mark accounts that are engagement farming (community consensus) to easily exclude them from future projects (and airdrops)

I think it's a great idea, only the tool can gather any number of non-farmer accounts It might be worth banning outright spammers and bots, but there are already reports for that
