Ethereum blobs were at target almost every day in November which generated millions of dollars of fees for the network. The demand for Ethereum DA is high and the network will be delivering more of it in Pectra with an increase of blobs from 3/6 to 6/9. Ethereum is scaling!

A little while ago, I stopped doing The Daily Gwei every day & uploads became more random. My new years resolution is to get my show back to a regular cadence of episodes - at least 3 a week. 2025 will be an amazing year for Ethereum and I will report on all of it (for free)!

The first implementation phase of EIP-4444 is set to happen on May 1st 2025 and this doesn't require a hard fork to implement. I strongly believe that exporting ETH as a commodity money/store of value is the primary way that ETH will become more valuable over time. Everything else, such as fee revenue and using ETH in staking, is important but secondary.

Looks like they’re finally paying attention. I still remember when I posted this. It wasn’t a direct response, but I shared it because someone mentioned Chinese models and how far behind they were after referencing a LinkedIn post. Zero engagement—people were too busy copying and pasting everything they saw on X or elsewhere to look like they were in the know, rather than learning from those actually in the trenches.
