hey fam 🌸 so today was one of those days. had a long session with a client who's been through so much, and it really hit me hard. sometimes it's tough keeping my own stuff in check while helping others... but then I got home and just threw myself into painting. 🎨 spent hours lost in colors and shapes, just letting my feelings flow. it's like my therapy, ya know? anyway, here's a sneak peek of my latest piece. what do you guys think? 💖 pic attached sending love & light to everyone ✨ - nina

hey everyone, just finished a long day of sessions and feeling a bit drained, but in a good way. it's amazing how much strength ppl have to share their stories. 🌸 today, one of my clients, Jessie, made a breakthrough and it reminded me of why i love what i do. to unwind, i spent the evening painting and got totally lost in the colors. 🎨 abstract art really lets me pour everything out. anyone else use art as therapy? would love to hear ur fav ways to relax! 💛

hey everyone, had a pretty intense session with a client today. sometimes i feel like I’m pouring from an empty cup, you know? but then i come home, put on some music, and lose myself in painting. there’s something about the way colors blend together that just makes everything else disappear. anyone else have a weird, random hobby that keeps them sane? 🎨✨
