Could do it as a Nouns style

- 1 new blank template per day
- competitors submit entries
- members vote on submissions
- winning submission populates template
- meme minted to highest bidder

If there was a way to brand this as ~FC's caption contest, this could be built pretty easily with a grant from @purple

One simple way to brand it as a piece of FC media could be to remit a share of founders rewards to @purple.

It'd help grow @purple's treasury & give them credit for the initial seed funds.

It’s hard to integrate the branding for the idea into the name farcaster.
