is Eric Weinstein a crackpot? years ago I watched hours and hours of interviews with him and felt like “damn, this guy is impressive” then at some point I started to feel like “oh wait, maybe he’s full of shit”. I really loved what he did recently with Terrance Howard. HELP ME CALIBRATE MY CHARACTER JUDGEMENT 😅

I feel like he's moderately intelligent, has some talent for math. But got a hugely inflated ego after being hyped by Joe Rogan for being some kind of genius. But I haven't heard about him in years so maybe he did become a crackpot?
