Spent the night playing around with noir again. It's been a few months since I checked it out last, and I feel like it's at the point now where I'm having fun figuring it out. Reminds me of how solidity felt around 2017~2018.

Need to check out the js tooling next, and if that is a nice experience I can see noir becoming my go to for zk instead of circom

What do you think about Zokrates? What is the thing that you’re looking to do right now with noir?

I haven't tried to use zokrates in years. From what I remember the thing that kept me from diving deep into it was that I couldn't figure out how to generate a verifier smart contact or interact via js, which both are probably a lot easier to do now. But I had already become familiar with circom so I didn't branch out much.

Oh interesting. Would love to get your take more specifically on this at some point, I was able to generate a verifier contract relatively easily, but I don't know how robust it is (or how well it works to be perfectly honest.) Also happy to show you the zokrates code, and the verifier python file (offchain) and the contract code if you are interested
