You cannot find Product Market Fit with a free product, because markets are defined by the price paid for a product. From the start, have commercialization in mind to not chase vanity usage numbers.

Warpcaster is a good example. Team is thinking about monetization from the start. As part of the user journey, eg with their channels generating ARR. Excited to see the business plan behind Warpcaster, which I believe also needs to pay for the development and maintenance of the Farcaster protocol? Great case study!
