When I suggest that they take certain steps to potentially earn more money, they usually refuse.

Why? Is it more profitable to send mass messages? Do they not actually need the money that badly?

I'd rather take the steps on how to make more money rather than the money itself, you can reuse the steps an infinite amount of times whereas the money is finite and once it's gone, it's gone!
