Here's a reminder on how to claim WDEGEN and convert them to DEGEN.  
Let’s get started:

Step 1:
From degen.tips, click on claim (on the degen network).

Step 2:
This sends the WDEGEN to the degen network (you can view them on explorer.degen.tips).

Step 3:
On proxyswap.tips, swap WDEGEN for DEGEN on the degen network (gas cost approx. 0.0021 DEGEN).

Step 4:
Bridge from the degen network to the base network (if you want to switch networks).  
This step is done from the degen.tips site in the bridge section (this bridge takes 7 days to complete).  
You also have the option for an instant bridge on the relay.link/bridge/degen page with a 5% gas cost.
