I think FC25 is the least fun I've had ever with a soccer game. 
And I started playing with FIFA 94 on Sega.

Good luck beating the first intro screen without game crashing.

Was thinking of copping it on PC and just playing the menus.

Game is always dog shit but I do love a good menu grind.

Its a re-skin of 24 that plays much slower. 
However, goals do not feel rewarding whatsoever, and the menus + lag are atrocious.

tbh I was playing OLD fifa (FIFA 19) up until 24 and 24 was a huge shock to my system on the gameplay side

so if they switched it up even more with 25 it's not that bad because I haven't really felt comfy with it

I’m usually the first to be like “ignore the bugs, it’s fun!” So I hope you find it like that — more worried it just won’t age well.

Mine is arriving tomorrow and I’m so nervous, I’ve never really heard this about past FIFA games so I hope this one isn’t the first I regret buying :/

The GK thing is infuriating. 
Menus are truly god awful, and while I usually love a slow-paced FIFA, goals do not feel rewarding at all. 
I'm just simply not having fun. Usually I start to feel this way at end of game's cycle, but in first 2 weeks? Yikes.

It definitely sucks as a game to play competitively. The goalkeepers are like trampolines. What they’re trying to do with tactics is interesting, but I doubt that EA has what it takes to build any feature without a loophole that players will exploit
