Today I want to share a recipe for lentil buns. This is my favorite bread now. - red lentils 200 grams - water 100 ml - olive oil (I have avocado oil) - lemon juice 1 tea spoon - psyllium 25 grams Soak the lentils overnight, then rinse, add all ingredients except psyllium and whip in a blender. Then add the psyllium and let the dough stand for about 15-20 minutes. Form the buns and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
