If I was a slightly savvy Democrat and thought being pro-crypto would help me in 2024 in a year where Dems need anything to differentiate themselves, yeah obviously I would take the money and make myself appear pro innovation, then moderate to appeal to my base “well I’m pro innovation but this Trump coin stuff is beyond the pale”
