if you have a free app in crypto and you say you have N users, then it means nothing and it looks weak.

1) only active users matter
2) there‘s an incredible amount of bots and your free users could be 99% bots.

Bots do play protocol fees though. That's an opportunity in crypto that's v different from web2 consumer.
