No one has really nailed the "many chains, many assets, many wallets" UI yet. I'd love to see a wallet / portfolio tracker make a 10x improvement on this experience in 2024. Who's closest today?

if Ledger Live supported L2's, they'd be closest, oddly. if Rainbow supported Solana and Bitcoin accounts on my ledger that'd be even better but I dig Rainbow being my base (ha no pun int.) for the EVM world

I really don’t think there is much demand for this. All chains basically do the same thing. So people tend to pick one ecosystem and use that.

Now that we have so many EVMs the UX is just a pain in the ass. I onboarded people the last few days and they were so confused with ETH on all the different chains and even having the same stable coin in the chain with different contracts. The whole experience is terrible!

Just had a crack at Rabby wallet, and really liking their import wallet flow, I didn't know I had created >50 wallets in my Ethereum lifetime lol. Note: Their multi-chain experience is pretty solid today.

wallets are poorly designed bc it’s devs building for devs. the end users just want to see all their assets in one place without having to change the network
