Who is building tipcaster? A second protocol that handles tipping farcaster users. Some of tip flows goes to protocol, some is rebated to most active tippers, the rest goes to the recipient.

I’ve found tipping isn’t super exciting for most users to alter their behavior. Well capitalized folks don’t care about small amount and would prefer status games. Less capitalized folks are hesitant to give money away and want a bigger pay day.
