@will and @syndicate have been manning the comms like pros and Conduit has hopefully figured out a way to prevent this in the future.

i agree completely. there is patience and understanding from a well-informed community.

the latter of what you mentioned here is crucial - what is done to prevent it in the future is what matters. a lot of people are on the same team here and we want it to succeed.
