Something subtle that I think is really important to growing an audience on FC is having a perspective that is unique and different to CT. I've seen a lot of people try and get by just cross-posting to both - but each has its own unique vibe and I think it's important to approach it from that perspective. I don't think this will always be the case - but I've made a really conscious effort to not just lazily post the same thing in two places but have takes that are intended towards different audiences.

great points i noticed a lot of the ppl who didn’t stick around in 2024 weren’t responding to ppl who replied to them - which ultimately led to ppl not continuing to engage w them the other example is only sharing og casts to main, but rarely interacting w anyone else’s og casts fc thrives on 2 sided convo

This mindset is correct in my opinion. Although we are looking for the same things on social platforms, the type of interaction, content production, and dialogue for each platform is different from the other, and the content and functionality of all platforms should not be the same.

I would say yes it is somewhat lazy, but not a bad thing. Like what if there were a frame that you can set timer to “re-post” your cast to a linked X account after say 30 minutes. (Then a reply to the X account saying “This was posted 30 mins ago on Warpcast”)
