Starting to internalize that crypto is no longer the new cool kid on the block.

In fact - it's actually starting to become somewhat old and most people actually have heard of it in some way shape or form.

It doesn't have that shiny new coat of paint anymore and we've reached an era where people only want to be impressed by what it can tangibly do for them - not what it can be in the future.

Necessary growing pain.

Very similar to getting online in the 90s. At first it was cool, but then there was a "what next" moment? Amazon was just a lowly bookstore (nothing else), eBay was an auction bay for Pez dispensers, Yahoo was a manual indexing service by a couple of dudes from Stanford.

We're at the precipice where we're about to turn the corner and see an avalanche of things coming online. Tbh, 2024 was actually a pretty amazing year, and I don't think it gets the credit it deserves.
