Anyone that’s been around for more than one cycle has a very detailed understanding of VCs, vesting and incentives. 

To bucket them all as “airdrop farmers” significantly downplays how vital they are to your success.

All infrastructure has no value without users.

Users are smart in terms of what they want. It's the founders job to convert that want into a need and build a solution around that need.
