Normalize doing things by yourself. Going to dinner, going to shows, going on hikes. There’s something very peaceful and empowering about it.

i do everything solo, it’s the best going to shows/club nights solo, i make new friends who have similar music taste going to museums solo, i don’t feel rushed or forced to chat traveling solo forces me out of my comfort zone and build relationships with new people etc.
