but seriously — I thought I was going to leave Coinbase and was kind of lost. struggled with massive anxiety for a year trying to figure out what to do. 

once I figured out what base was - i felt like I finally had my purpose. like I found the thing I'd been building towards my whole life. 

now every day I get to wake up and build with literally thousands of people all around the world. it is the greatest joy I could ever imagine. I wouldn't trade it for anything. 

I will work on Base for the rest of my life.

Story arc has been incredible to follow.

First time we met at a meetup abroad you were about to start your sabbatical.

Pretty insane to watch how it's unfolded since then and can't wait to double down on Base in the years to come!
