Pretty niche ask but - a bot that confirms if someone has actually completed an onchain action to earn a DEGEN tip.

I.e. this FC user has interacted with a contract with a wallet tied to their verified addresses.

If yes - automatically tip them X DEGEN.

So many people trying to game tips in my replies.

Almost like an automated /paperboy that happens after I run a script to confirm what addresses have done Y contract interaction.

Once I'm through some scale stuff for /automod I have a handful of stuff I'd like to add to paperboy. They're all around degen tip automation (tip in the future, empty tips, and auto-tips based on criteria). This fits in.
