More broadly wallets and chains just having too much traffic and throughput

What inspired this cast was me not being able execute a Uniswap transaction on Phantom - having to disconnect after hard refresh and swapping with Rainbow instead.

I have Phantom, Rainbow, Zerion and Metamask all installed cause one of them always seems to glitch out

Easier to just punt it back to user error instead of taking ownership to address
