Feels like the rapid influx of new FC accounts has quieted down for the time being.

This is a great opportunity to take note of who is still active and who is consciously growing a following in the absence of there being social validation to do so.

FC will be the main town square of this bull market.

One thing to note about new users, including myself, is it can feel like you are casting into the void until you get an active user badge which does require 400 followers. 

My casts are constantly being caught by spam filters because I don't have that badge.

Totally recognize this and have heard it from many other people as well.

I don’t think it’s too dissimilar to starting fresh on other social platforms though? 

The path to active badge also feels very attainable to me too!

I do think it is attainable but compared to web2.0 where you can create a viral TikTok post within a week, is the active badge the best solution moving forward?

The upside is you have ppl like me who really want to be here and willing to grind it out. Downside is you might have ppl sign up and leave.
