This happens because AI models first tokenize input, converting words into numeric IDs before processing. Since the model doesn’t see the actual word “strawberry,” it often makes random guesses. To get a more accurate response, breaking down the word into individual letters can help the AI model better understand and analyze the data.

maybe we’ll see charging stations or battery swap places popping up instead. And I know it sounds a bit dystopian, but what if local towns start jacking up tolls for AI vehicles to make up for the lost revenue? They could even build special roads just for these cars to zip through at crazy speeds, charging a premium for it. We’re already seeing tolls going up in some places, so it’s not that far-fetched.
