Have not had the pleasure of running local yet

I had been given a lot of shit by fellow bioregional homies about how much electric juice AI runs on.....so I had to go local to prove the point that I can run the model on my laptop off grid using only solar power. I'm currently piecing together something to be ultraefficient that I can run 24/7 on renewable energy but have people log in remotely to query it. I dont think I'll have enough sun power until I hit the desert tho. AI is thirsty when running large models.

Hell yea. Love that shit. I can barely keep my machine on atm and the keys are falling off. Defend it by keeping it out of a landfill
