So is the Circle IPO real or an Aprils fools? 'cos a 5B valuation seems pretty cheap to me for the CBDC of the U.S. (and is a decent discount to their last private valuation at 8B in 2022)

Looks like @circle is looking to IPO at $4bn-$5bn valuation, which feels incredibly cheap. Am I about to buy my first ever stock?

Nothing to love in the Circle IPO filing and no idea how it prices at $5b:
- Gross margins getting crushed w/ distribution costs 
- Core US market being deregulated and banks + FI's about to crash the private party
