Like our ancestors who believed the Sun was a god, we don't actually have any clue what's happening, the crypto market is a very complex space. But rather than admit this to ourselves, which is destabilising and scary, we invent just-so narratives that make us feel good.

By making the complex and incomprehensible simple and understandable we soothe ourselves: "if only the EF would stop dumping!"
