They are literally filtering out REAL active base users like me and you by limiting the eligible addresses to only 200 max contract transactions on base.

On average I (and you probably) do 3 swaps/mints a day, mainly because of the low fees and new builders.

4 months = 120 days*3 transactions = 360 tx already……..

v odd right - I was just in the banding, but so many people should have got it and haven’t 🙄
