One thing I’ve longed for in the space - particularly SWEs in crypto - is salary transparency Many “globally remote” companies advertise one number, and then pay a different number depending on your location Sites like levels/glassdoor don’t have enough data points on this either For someone looking to move countries, it’s weird not knowing what it would mean in terms of pay
