Completed a practice 13.1 today!  It feels good to be able to run like this again.

This is the first one I’ve done in a long time.   Average pace was 10 mins per mile.   Faster in the first half and slowed down in the second

Nice. What type of pace do you do for the half? I’ve only done one before, but I was surprised by how I maintained pace - I thought I would fall off heavy towards the end. As with anything, a lot of it is probably more mental anyway.
