How are those middle colors created? Is it light or color in ground?

This is the rooftop of a big silo, restored and used as a vista point. They painted the ground, ie rooftop of the silo in those pop rainbow like colors. So it’s basically some kşnd of wall art on the ground.

It looks surreal with also the clouds floating due to long exposure
