Add non dependent document and sdk. we don't use react or js method for frames.

Try not to limit everything to the tools you use yourself, even documentation should be general and not specific to just one framework.

I have to read the documentation thoroughly to build frames, but it becomes very difficult when I see that everything is based on something I don't use.

I would like to create different SDKs for other major languages ​​but the documentation should be comprehensive. I know it's early days but I hope you will consider it as an important topic. 🙏 ❤️‍🔥 LFG.
