According to the description of the protocol, it seems that the lower is the best, it will be equivalent to A to C grade.

Also for dan score are 0.00.

Also, my rates have changed drastically since yesterday after the cast about this frame! My rank has dropped to 328 as following rank and my score is 0.0. Does it make sense if I say I got an A rank!

I think numerical is fine. Just some short descriptor, “lower is better” would assist understanding.
