Improvements for muted keywords and users

- If you add $ as a mute, you'll mute *all* casts with tokens

- If you add $token as a mute, it will mute casts with that specific token

- If you mute a user, you'll also mute casts that mention them, e.g. anon accounts or token deploying accounts

Additional update to muted keywords

- If you mute a domain, casts with frames and URLs from that domain won't appear in your feed. 

- You can find a frame's URL below the bottom right corner.
