Okay /superrare community! The response I received to follow up on zeroed accounts is as follows that I've tried to explain it as simply as possible. 👇 SuperRare Lab: We’ve recently updated the allowance calculation system to focus on trading volume rather than the number of transactions. This change makes wash trading much harder and improves the system’s fairness. Over the past month, we’ve made continuous updates to refine the algorithm. That said, there was an issue earlier this season where flagged wash trading accounts were mistakenly granted allowances. This was fixed last Friday, and those accounts now have zero allowance. We’ve taken a very lenient approach to ensure no one in a gray area was unfairly penalized. However, if you believe any account was flagged by mistake, we’d be happy to review it.

Also, I have created a Google Form to submit with explanations that would be best to fill out for accounts that we are sure were flagged incorrectly. https://forms.gle/RHgwi8AFViEEzEzm6 I'll try to submit it to the SR's Lab for re-review.

Thank you for the update my fren, I truly believe I was flagged by mistake. I have bought 1 nft on Superrare during the entirety of both seasons, I don’t believe that can be considered wash trading tbh. And still I am an active artist supporting the community daily, not a malicious player. Hope the review will be soon. Thanks Compez for the support as usual, appreciate you. 200 $degen

I see. So my account has been flagged for a wash trade. I am not aware that I have done such a thing, and I have supported my creators in good faith. I'm sure the members of this channel and the creators of SuperRare can attest to that. There's one at the very end that we'll consider if there's an account that was flagged incorrectly. But I haven't heard back from them in over a month. They mandate a 2500 RARE investment to begin with, and if they are going to treat me like a criminal, I think they owe me an explanation for that. @compez.eth
