REMINDER:

practicing appreciation is for yourself

it is NOT for flexing or making money

we have a channel for two reasons:

1) we can encourage new people to practice appreciation, which can kick off a massive positive change in that person, giving you the ability to bestow a huge blessing onto the world

2) appreciation needs to (not literally, but it's better IMO) be said out loud. There's a power in hearing your own voice say the things that you think. Say it out loud, type it on screen, let your soul understand that you mean it
