There are no hopeless situations in life.
Your mind is your battlefield.
It is the abode of unresolved conflicts. It is the place where all your experiences, beliefs and fears that never came true are stored. But if you allow these thoughts to continue to be in your head, then over time they can take away your peace, joy and, finally, life. This can lead to a nervous breakdown, to depression.
âť•Remember, you are what you think. You will not be able to change anything if you do not reconsider your views. A wonderful day begins with positive thinking. Just after waking up, take a minute to rejoice, because you are alive and well.
