Wells Fargo has agreed to a $19.5 million settlement after its sales affiliate, The Credit Wholesale Company, was sued for recording phone calls without consent, violating California’s Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA). the settlement states Wells Fargo does not admit wrongdoing. if you received a call from The Credit Wholesale Company in California between October 22, 2014 – November 17, 2023, you could eligible for anywhere from $86 per call to $5,000 per person if you submit a claim with your phone number by April 11th, 2025 at https://callrecordingclassaction.com/. https://www.the-sun.com/money/13694899/americans-privacy-settlement-cash/
