Our mind has its own comfort zone, made up of all the habits and thought patterns we’ve built up over the years. It likes things to stay predictable because it feels safe that way. So, when we try to break out of these old patterns, it can feel super scary. We get frustrated, tired, and start doubting ourselves, thinking we can’t do it. At first, our mind fights back hard to keep everything the way it was. That’s why change takes time—it’s a slow process. But if we realize that this resistance is just part of the journey, we can push through it and stay on track toward growth and change
